• The Great room boasts impressive views of the gulf from the many windows in the living and dining room. The dining table is great for large families and seats 8. The living room has a sleeper sofa couch, love seat and 2 recliners for lounging around after a day at the beach. Cable TV with DVD player. Surround Sound speakers. (fireplace not usable)
• The Kitchen is a cooks dream. There is a double oven and ceramic flat top stove. The fridge has water and ice in the door. The breakfast bar is a great place for others to sit and visit the ‘cook’. There is also a granite counter top island with a kitchen aide mixer stowed away underneath.
• The Main Level has two bedrooms and both have a queen bed, cable TV and a door to the outside deck where the morning breeze and ocean views will captivate you.
• The Main bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The second bathroom is off the living room and has a utility sink, shower and washer /dryer.
• The Third Bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed and a futon. This is a large loft and overlooks the great room. You can also see the ocean from the great room windows.
• Outside on the main floor there is a screened in porch with table and chairs for evening meals or quick lunches. The large deck wraps around the back of the house with spectacular views and is accessible by the 2 bedrooms. Adirondack chairs are provided on the deck.
• Downstairs the house has parking for up to 4 standard vehicles and an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water and a large BBQ Grill. There is also decking for hanging out in the shade and a “take some - leave some” storage closet with kids sand toys.
• PARKING - The La Playa neighborhood has VERY strict parking restrictions and no street parking is allowed. All vehicles must be completely parked within the property boundaries of the House you are renting NO EXCEPTIONS. Towing is enforced by the La Playa HOA.
